Newman’s Own Organics Review

I have the great pleasure of introducing you to Nell and Paul, “Pa” Newman. Paul’s daughter Nell won him over and established Newman’s Own Organic line as a division of Newman’s Own in 1993, and became a separate company in late 2001. The sale of Newman’s Own Organics products generates money for the Newman’s Own Foundation to give away. Since 1982 Paul Newman and the Newman’s Own Foundation have donated more than $350 million dollars to educational and charitable organizations worldwide. They offer Pretzels,Chocolate BarsFig Newmans™Family Recipe CookiesChocolate Cups,Newman-O’sPop’s CornAlphabet Cookies , Olive Oil & Balsamic VinegarDried Fruit , HermitsMintsLicoriceCoffee and Royal Tea.

‘Organic’ will be the last thing you think of when you try Newman’s Chocolate BarsChocolate Cups, and Pop’s Corn. They’re just that good! We were blessed to try all these great products and loved them so much! When I let them eat junkie types of food I feel so guilty, but when it comes to Newman’s I don’t because they take pride in selecting premium ingredients to make their products especial better for children. Nell said herself she focuses on the kinds of products she loved as a kid, but she wants to take them one step further by using the highest quality of available organic ingredients.

The ABSOLUTE favorite chocolate in the house was the Milk Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups and the runner up was the Milk Chocolate Bar. But my favorite was the Mocha Milk Chocolate Bar! WOW! It was it just what I needed! It really hit the spot when I needed that sweet kick of chocolate and mocha-pure bliss!

Newman'sOwnOrganics1Nell already had many children’s favorites, but she was missing Popcorn-coined Pop’s Corn-Cute right! Boy oh boy did they hit it right on! We eat popcorn at least once a week and with all the information circulating that it was link to Alzheimers I was worried! Thankfully now Pop’s Corn is available at my local Target and I am worry free! 🙂

Did you know that their is a better way to make Pop’s Corn? YES! & It works! On the bag of Newman’s Own Organics Pop’s Corn they give you some helpful popping tips. #1 preheat a microwave safe cup of water for 1 minute before popping the corn remove the cup and then pop the popcorn. #2 When placing the bag of popcorn into the microwave first insert an inverted microwave safe plate to help raise the bag off the floor of the microwave. #3 Stopping and starting the microwave will reduce pop volume so set it longer than you think you need and stick around and listen until the pops are 1-2 seconds apart and stop the microwave.

These tips will help ensure you get optimal popping & the most delicious Pop’s Corn!

Pop’s Corn comes in 3 organic varieties:

  • Butter
  • Light Butter
  • Unsalted
